Since September 4, 2019, the Hancock County Common Pleas Clerk of Courts has offered E-filing for all case types. Attorneys must register as an E-filing user with the clerk's office first. Self-represented parties can still file in person at the courthouse.

Hancock County Court System

The General Division of the Court of Common Pleas handles civil cases that fall outside the jurisdiction of the municipal court.
